Our Process
Our approach is fully bespoke; no two plans are alike because every client’s journey is unique and tailored to their individual needs
Connect & Discover
Every journey begins with a free 30 minute consultation. I get to know your loved ones strengths, challenges, routines, and goals so therapy is truly personalized from the start. After a phone consultation we will transition to an in person meeting and evaluation to see if our services are a good match for your family.
Plan & Collaborate
We design a targeted plan and goals that focus on functional skills, social participation, and community engagement together. Caregivers are an essential part of this step, ensuring consistency across environments. A written plan is developed with timelines, recommendations of services, goals, and materials.
Practice & Apply
Therapy is focused on using skills in real life. Sessions include meaningful, hands-on activities at home, in the community, and in social settings.
Reflect & Grow
Progress is tracked, celebrated, and adjusted as needed. Together, we build confidence, independence, and the ability to thrive beyond therapy sessions.
